1. Can I split my entree and get half of one thing and half of another at my luncheon or dinner?
Be aware that whenever you have a self-serve buffet, it is almost certain your guests will help themselves to everything on the buffet line - including sampling both entrees. That means you are essentially doubling the number of guests at the event. Therefore, to make sure there is plenty of food, we charge $6.95 per person for the additional entree.
2. What equipment does dón Carlos Catering provide?
We bring all the necessary equipement needed for the food display, i.e. chafing dished, bowls, platters, serving utensils, etc. Food items are never displayed on disposable plastic platters unless the client specifically requests them.
3. Do you provide the plates, utensils, cups and napkins?
We provide a quality plastic disposable plate, utensils, cups and napkins as part of the luncheon menu pricing. We can also provide quality plastic disposables for cocktail parties if you wish. Our standard is a heavy-duty clear plastic product.
